13 year old and 8 year old connection time. Just shows how all kids have different movement needs. Do NOT try this with your child if you don’t know how they tolerate movement. I already know with my youngest he NEEDS this amount and type of movement to stay regulated — it actually makes him calm as weird as that sounds. For a lot of kids, it can make them more hyper and even aggressive-or puking-none of those are things we need. Still, just a reminder all kids have sensory needs and meeting those needs helps their brains and bodies feel calm and “just right”.
