Does this sound like your child?

Do they say “NO” to every request? Struggle in and out of school? Are they having trouble making or keeping friends? Maybe they are having trouble concentrating on tasks, or controlling themselves? Do they meltdown at the smallest change in routine? Are they complaining about being “too tired”, or that tasks are “too hard?”

Does your child have an ADHD diagnosis, but you want options other than medication? Or maybe they have a Sensory Processing Disorder that is making them constantly spin, crash, twirl, or hang upside down? Do you feel they are neurodiverse, but not sure how to help? Does your child have poor handwritings, scissor skills, and/or coloring skills? Do they seem to have weak hands?

If any of this sounds like your child…

THERE IS HOPE.

“Motivate is different than traditional occupational therapy because my primary goal is validating a parent’s concern, investigating the situation, and providing a framework for parents and their children to be connected.” - Amanda

Amanda specializes in coaching children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, behavior disorders, developmental coordination disorders, and in becoming the best and most independent version of themselves. She appreciates the opportunity to nurture children one-on-one, or in a group setting with her popular social-motor groups. This allows children to PLAY with their friends as they address social skills, fine and gross motor coordination, balance and core strengthening, handwriting, and self-regulation through exercise and mindfulness.

Amanda Believes

nurturing children is both her calling and purpose in life, which feels like a blessing to her as an occupation.

“Often, parents of children with special needs question where to turn, and don't know where to start. For our family, Amanda has been a blessing in helping us to help our son, and the future is so bright for him, largely thanks to her.”

Brandy, Fynn's Mom (Age 6)
