Family Coaching Evaluation
60 minutes
This includes a written plan providing recommendations for concerns discussed during the consultation. In order to best meet the needs of your child, my preference is for you to provide a 10-15 minute video of your child in his/her natural environment. I will view the video prior to our discussion. Videos are not required, but very helpful. The initial consultation is expected to be a starting point in your journey, to begin mapping out a plan that works for your child and your family.
